We  understand the importance and sentimentality of making up that special piece, we will be there to guide and advise on any design or remodelling work.

All designs are conceptualised with a 3D computer generated design. We can also provide a 3d wax model aswell as a real feel video of the piece. This allows our clients peace of mind that the end product will be what they dreamed of.

We are able to assist with Jewellery repairs, resizing of rings, pearl restringing and engraving. Depending on the complexity of the repair/job, 
it would usually take between 2-3 working days.

All pieces of jewellery left with us are insured under our policy and are in safe hands. Guarantees on repairs depend on each individual repair, 
but generally have a six month warrantee.

Engraving is either done by hand or laser, depending on how intricate the detail is.

JRC is aware of the significance and sentimentality of creating that unique artwork. We will be there to help and advise you whether you give us your own design or decide to utilise one of ours. A 3D computer-generated design is used 
to conceptualise every design. 

We can also offer a real feel video and a 3D wax model of the piece, which gives our customers the assurance that the finished product will be everything they hoped for.

We provide valuations on all Jewellery pieces that we supply. Our valuations are done in conjunction with The Jewellery Council of South Africa’s guidelines. We do not over inflate our valuations like most retail jewellers. High valuation values will result in high insurance premiums.

We offer a service to our clients to value existing Jewellery either at our offices or at their homes. A quote can be requested for the above. Our valuations are recognised and accepted by all insurance companies.

We are direct importers of diamonds, moissanites and tanzanites. We have established a global network of suppliers and have direct access to over 1.5 million diamonds at any one time as members of the Rappaport group.

We import our own range of moissanites that are DEF VVS/VS quality at unbeatable prices. All moissanites over 1.00ct will be supplied 
with recognized certificates.
